Faecal calprotectin (faecal sample)

Not available

Therefore, this means that under NO circumstances are we allowed to take Stool Sample's. We please ask do NOT bring any stool samples to the surgery as unfortunately we will have to disgard them and ask you to provide another sample at a later date.

The Doctor may ask you to pick up a form & bottle which we can provide at the surgery but you will be told to keep hold of this until testing is back to normal.

THIS HAS AFFECTED ALL SURGERIES IN THE BEXLEY, GREENWICH, LEWISHAM, BROMLEY, SOUTHWARK AND LAMBETH AREA

Unfortunately, we have no control over these issues and rely on secondary care to provide the collection and testing facilities.

We are being updated regularly but until the issue has been FULLY resolved, we are asking patients to refrain from having NON-URGENT testing carried out

PLEASE BE ASSURED THAT ANY URGENT TESTING IS BEING TREATED AS PRIORITY

We can only apologise on their behalf for this inconvenience
