Annual Review

Patients suffering from various medical conditions as well as patients taking certain medication need to be reviewed by a doctor once a year. We understand that your time is precious and therefore we like to get this done in the most efficient way possible.

For this reason we like to contact you regarding any necessary blood tests and health checks round about the time of your birthday. Typically, the surgery will contact you you 3 months prior to your birthday with reminder letter over the next to months.

Once your medication and condition has been reviewed, you're done for another year! Of course you are welcome to see us as often as you like in between reviews, should there be any issues.
