Net GP Earnings
NHS England requires that the net earnings of doctors engaging in the practice is publicised and the required disclosure is shown below:
However, it should noted that the prescribed method for calculating earnings is potentially misleading as it doesn't not take into account how much time a doctor spends working in the practice and should not be used to form judgements about a GP earnings nor to make any comparison with any other practice.
All GP practices are required to declare the mean earnings (eg Average pay) for GP working to deliver NHS Services to patients at the Surgery.
The average pay for a GP working at Crayford Town Surgery in 2024/25 financial year was £72,500.00 before tax and National Insurance. During that financial year the practice had 1 x salaried GP, 2 x GP Partners who worked for more than 7 months.
