Facilities

The surgery has the following facilities available:

 

Disabled Access

The Crayford Town Surgery building has been designed for disabled access. There is a disabled access point at the reception desk and disabled toilets. We would ask that you let us know if you need help as your disability may not be a visible one. We would also welcome any suggestions you may have in making your visit to the surgery easier.

 

British Sign Language

If you need a BSL Signer, we can arrange this but please let us know as soon as possible so we can make a booking.

 

Parking

We have two large carparks behind and infront of the surgery. The car park infront of the surgery is known as the 'Retail Park' this allows free parking for up to 3hours. Behind the surgery is Sainbury's which also has a large carpark this allows you up to 4hours free parking. There is ramp access from the car park. 

Please note the small Carpark next to the surgery is for Doctor's & Staff only. We strongly advice that patient's do NOT park here as you may then be blocking our Doctor's in who need to go on emergency home visits.
