Patient Safety is paramount.

You have a right to confidentiality.

You have the right to see your medical records, subject to the limitations of the law.

To provide you with a medical pathway within 2 weeks of your request.

To treat all patients with respect, dignity, empathy and understanding

To create a "safe" space for our LGBTQ+ patients.

To provide education to the patient relating to Multi professional clinicians available.
- If your problem is triaged as "urgent" we will provide you with an Urgent Medical Pathway

We will inform you when a doctor has to attend an emergency. We will give you the opportunity to book another consultation or, see another doctor.

To prioritise vulnerable patients such as the housebound, elderly, babies/young children, mental health or Serious Long-Term medical conditions
- We will refer you to a consultant when your GP thinks it necessary. We will make an urgent referrals within one working day.

You have the right to receive appropriate drugs and medication.

We aim to provide the result of any test or investigation on request or at your next consultation (subject to third party resource)

Treat all surgery staff with respect.

One appointment, One problem !
- Do not ask for information about anyone other than yourself. Please respect our GDPR rules and policies.
- Tell us of any change of name or address.
- Only request an urgent consultation if appropriate.
- You should only request a home visit if you are too ill to attend surgery.
- Cancel your consultation if you are unable to attend.
- A consultation is for one person only. If another member of the family has a medical problem you will need to book a separate consultation.

Please turn up for your Face to Face appointments or cancel with prior notice (we can offer this appt to other patients who are in need)
- Do let us know whenever you feel we have not met our responsibility to you preferably in writing.
