We provide personalised treatment to guide you through your recovery with exercise videos, advice, information and support. You can also access NHS services throughout the app and even refer yourself to a physiotherapist if you need. When you are better the GetUBetter appt acts as a prevention tool, helping you stay healthy and pain free.
GetUBetter is designed and run by NHS Physiotherapists and clinicians. Every feature is backed up with the latest research and years of clinical experience. The App has been developed with input from patients. Clinicians healthcare providers and carers. Your data is safe and private. The Appt adhere to the UK Governments code of conduct for data-driven health and care technology.
Working in partnership with the NHS, getUBetter is a free app designed to provide you with the knowledge, confidence, and skills to self-manage all common muscle or joint conditions. It is designed to be used alongside the health system and therefore will signpost you back into the system if you need additional review.
It is suitable for 80% of muscle or joint conditions, which includes new, ongoing or returning muscle or joint conditions. If you are already on a waiting list for treatment, it can support you while you are waiting.
