• They included on the day, Urgent (within 24hrs), telephone calls, face to face, routine and result calls.

• 164 appointments were not attended (DNA)

• We have routine appointments available to book 4 weeks in advance with GP/Nurses/ANP.

• Our online service requests (accurx) are triaged by a GP daily.

• To book, you can call us, use online triage service via our website, use the NHS app or walk into the surgery.

The feedback trend was that patients felt unhappy with our lack of appointments or waiting a long time for the next routine appointment!
